<p>We all have our moments where we feel stressed about everything causing us to feel very anxious. Anxiety is often an effect of stress which makes us worry about everything or have that feeling of dread that something would go wrong. <p>Exercise is a good way to battle anxiety and stress because it gets rid of too much adrenaline in our system and it lets the body know that an increase in our heart rate is not a fight or flight situation, which lowers the chances of an anxiety attack. The general thing that can help you ease any form of anxiety is by simply relaxing which is also something that exercise can give you.</p>

Therefore, it has been concluded that the definition of high blood pressure can only be found as a result of continuous observation and experiment.</p>
<p> Normal blood pressure is seen in a similar way to normal body weight in that the defining level is that which is seen as providing the greatest predicted life expectancy. In other words, this is the level at which the heart along with other important parts of the body such as the circulatory system can function under optimum conditions without running the risk of heart disease and other associated disorders.</p>

<p>Basically what you&#8217;re going to do is jog for two minutes and then once those two minutes are up you&#8217;re going to pick up your jog to an all out sprint! Jog and then sprint. Jog and then sprint. Jog and then sprint. All in two minute intervals. Back and forth. Back and forth.</p>
<p>An interval training workout is very simple but extremely effective because you burn fat while jogging, you build muscular strength in your hamstrings, thighs and calves while sprinting, you burn a ton of calories because of the sheer intensity of the sprints and you give your heart a great workout.</p>
<p>You can continue on with your hour long marathon cardio sessions or you can try interval training today.</p>
