Will You Try a Supplement if it Helped You Live Longer and Healthier

Each of us has a basic instinct to survive. We do whatever it takes to keep breathing. Science is continually looking for ways to cure diseases and even reverse aging. We don’t need to start taking experimental drugs to improve the quality of our lives and even extend how long we live. We can make some simple changes to our diet and take certain health supplements that will help us to be healthier and live longer.

Let’s start by talking about the foods we eat. We know that eating fast food and lots of fatty red meats isn’t good for us. Aside from those that believe that eating nothing but protein until our bodies almost shut down is healthy, everybody knows that lots of fatty foods is not good. There was a really good movie called Super Size Me that shows what happens to you when you eat too much fast food. If you start eating more fruits and vegetables and less fatty foods, you will certainly be healthier and on your way to living longer.
What you drink is another area for you to make some improvements that can change your health. This can be even worse than what you eat because you can drink hundreds of calories of soda, milkshake, or cappuccino without even thinking about it. Start drinking more water and less sugary drinks. Your dentist tells you these types of drinks eat holes in your teeth. If it can rot rock hard teeth, imagine what it does to the inside of your body which is a lot softer.
Now that you are eating a healthier diet (or even if you don’t change a thing), there are several health supplements out there that can help you live a longer and healthier life. Two of these supplements are resveratrol and acai berries. They are both antioxidants that help neutralize free radicals in your body. Resveratrol is found in the skins of red grapes as well as peanuts and some berries. Resveratrol supplements are also made from the Japanese knotweed. Acai berries are super high in antioxidants and also contain beneficial omega fatty acids and dietary fiber. Adding these 2 supplements to your daily routine can help you feel better and maybe live longer.
