Everyone has wondered at some point in time which cardio exercise is better. Put simply, body fat is burnt off by exercises, whether they are of low or high intensity. The question here is which is the most effective to burn off more body fat.
The firm wave
When scientists had discovered that during intensive exercise, our bodies burns glycogen, which is in the form of stored carbohydrate that are present in our liver and muscle for energy. During low intensity exercises, your body will burn a lot of fat.
This does not work and one can say that because many obese people are seen around us. Unfluctuating however they are systems out with put away misery routines, it still makes you experience how it can be.
Fitness tips
When it was stated by the scientists that when the human body walks, swims, or does other low intensity exercises it burns more body fat they were correct. During a high intensity exercise such as running, the body will burn a lot more calories. Fat calories are burned when the calories from glycogen is burnt.
To put the icing on the cake, when your store of glycogen gets low, the carbohydrates from your food you eat will later get converted into glycogen to fill up the store and won’t be converted to body fat when they are left unused for energy.
High intensity cardio exercise will juice up your metabolism even after you have completed your workout. Doing this means you body will be using more calories even after you’ve done your workout. This effect is nearly non existent in low intensity cardio or aerobic workout.
Nutrasystem
Ac cumulatively, your body will burn up more and more calories during and after you have finished a high intensity cardio exercise that it will with low intensity.
If you use a method called interval training you can use some high intensity movements into your cardio workout. You can alternate walking and jogging at 5 minute intervals. Then, walk briskly again until you have caught your breath and then sprint for a minute before you walk again. From this point, simply alternate your running and walking for the next 15 minutes until you are finished.
One of the best things about cardio is the more you do it, the more energy you’ll have. Cardio is good with keeping your energy up and it will also help you burn calories.
Cardio is worth a try even for beginners. Those who enjoy exercising will realize that cardio is the optimal method of increasing your energy levels and staying in good condition. You will want to keep your cardio exercise easy if you are just beginning; slow and easy so you don’t get over exerted.
